Deadlines for participants who intend to participate with FULL PAPER or ONLY ABSTRACT:

• Early abstract submission –18 June
• Structured abstract submission –31 July
• Structured abstract acceptance – 31 August
• Submission of full paper – 30 September

REGISTRATION* AND FEES

We are pleased to announce that early bird registrants can attend free of charge for one publication per author until June 18, 2024. Participation includes conference attendance for one author per publication, networking events, and facultative programs. The registration fee also includes refreshments.

Participants will have the opportunity to publish the selected papers in one of the following:

- Book of Abstracts

- Conference Proceedings (which will be submitted for the WoS evaluation process after publication)

- Special Issue

- WoS/Scopus indexed partner journals

REGISTRATION FEES and DISCOUNT OPTIONS

Early abstract submission (until June 18, 2024): Free participation for one author per publication, which includes the opportunity to publish in the Book of Abstracts, Conference Proceedings, Special Issue, or WoS/Scopus indexed partner journals. This also covers attendance at the conference, networking event, and optional programs, with refreshments included.

Normal abstract submission from June 19, 2024: Free participation for one author per publication, which includes the opportunity to publish in the Book of Abstracts, Conference Proceedings, Special Issue, or WoS/Scopus indexed partner journals. However, there is a fee of 100 EUR/participant for attendance at the networking event, optional programs, and refreshments.
