Amanda K. Cecil, Ph.D., CMP, is a professor in the Department of Tourism, Event, and Sport Management and directs the Events & Tourism Institute at Indiana University Indianapolis. She has published in many tourism journals, including The Journal of Convention and Event Tourism, The Journal of Teaching in Travel & Tourism, and The Journal of Sustainable Development. She serves as the managing editor for JCET. Cecil has been awarded the 2012 PCMA Foundation’s educator honoree; 2012 MPI member of the year; IU Indianapolis RISE award, 2011; Indiana trustees’ teaching award, 2010; MPI chairwoman’s award, 2010; MPI Indiana chapter president’s award; the 2006 PCMA educator of the year; and was named to the 2008 Indiana chapter of MPI’s hall of fame. |

Vincent Dutot is a full professor of Information Systems Management at EM Normandie, Paris, France. He is the founder of CERCAP center (www.cercap.fr). His undertakes research and consultancy in technology adoption, social media, IT strategy and digital transformation. He acts as Associate Editor of IJIM (ABS 2*), Systèmes d’Information et Management (FNEGE 3*) and Cogent Business & Management (ABS 1*). In addition to the four books on digital, he has published in ranked journals including Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Systèmes d'Information et Management (French Journal of Management Information Systems), International Journal of Information Management, The Journal of Technology Transfer, Psychology & Marketing or European Journal of Innovation Management. He has guest edited several special issues on digital transformation and was named in the top 2% worldwide most cited scholars (Stanford – 2023, 2024). Active as a consultant, lecturer, and trainer for nearly 15 years, he leads SMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises), large firms or public institutions in their digital transformation. |

Jessica Lichy has a PhD and post-doctoral degree (HDR) in online/digital user behaviour. Passionate for digital, she is full professor at IDRAC Business School (France) and Visiting Professor at University of Sunderland Faculty of Business, Law & Tourism. Research interests include sustainable digital transformation, business modelling, inter-generational and intercultural digital user behaviour, socio-materiality and sociotechnical disparity. Research-in-progress involves examining emerging trends in technology-enhanced living, from a user perspective. Jessica holds positions on editorial boards including Canadian Journal of Administrative Science, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Journal of Management Development. She is actively involved in organising collaborative academic projects, teaching exchanges and international research conferences. |

Dr. Rahul Razdan is a seasoned scientist and business executive who has had significant roles in the world of academia, startups, and fortune 500 companies. In corporate roles, he was the Sr Vice President of Strategy for Flextronics (FLEX), General Manager of the System and Functional Verification Business at Cadence Design Systems (CDNS), and Alpha CPU architect at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). He has successfully built successful startups in areas such wireless power, machine learning, and low-power electronics design. Today, he is CEO of Raztech Research Institute, a technology based research institute which incubates ideas in the intersection of technology and society. He has a BS (1984) and MS (1985) from CMU and Phd from Harvard University (1994) |
