Publishing Policy

Kautz Conference on Business and Economics 2025

The aim of the Publishing Policy is to provide ethical guidelines about publishing in the Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceeding.
Authors ensure that the paper submitted is original and prepared to a high scholarly standard. The paper should not have been submitted to another conference proceeding or journal before. The corresponding author ensures that he or she can be active during the conference publishing process and guarantees that they coordinate with co-authors about that approval of the final submitted version of the paper.

The author’s guidelines for abstracts and papers are available on the conference website, implicating a detailed set of requirements, which is important during the publication. The authors comply with the citation ethics.

Submitted papers will be reviewed with a double-blind peer-review process. If the reviewer supports the abstract/ paper the authors have to make the minor or major revisions. The corresponding author ensures that he or she will be in contact with the editors during the whole publishing process and have to follow the directions of the reviewer and editors and do all of the corrections which are needed for publishing the manuscript.

In case of a rejective review the paper is not supported to publish. Authors accept that the final decision about the publication is made by the editors. Authors ensure that they sign the publishing agreement for Book of Abstracts and/or Conference Proceeding. In case you are willing to publish your Full Paper in our partner journal, you will be suggested to one of our partner journals. The selection of the Partner Journal is the exclusive right of the Conference Program Committee. If the author does not accept the suggested journal, the paper will not be published. In this case the full paper can be the Conference Proceedings, or it is the responsibility of the author to publish it somewhere else.
