Abstract submission
All participants must first submit their abstract via the conference abstract submission platform.
Submitting an abstract is considered an official expression of intent to participate in the conference.
All abstracts will undergo scientific review by the International Scientific Committee.
After evaluation, authors will receive a formal decision through the abstract submission platform, indicating whether the submission has been accepted or rejected.
Only authors whose abstracts have been formally accepted will:
- receive a notification of acceptance or rejection within two weeks after the submission,
- have their abstract published in the official Book of Abstract,
- become eligible to submit a full paper (optional),
- be invited to complete the formal conference registration during the summer registration period.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

After logging in, please use the search function within the CMT system and search for Kautz Conference 2026. Then select the conference from the results list to access the correct submission page.
If you continue to experience technical difficulties, please contact the conference team for assistance.
