The impact of AI, sustainability, digital transformation on the future of business, economics and society

 

In 2025, the Kautz Gyula Faculty of Business and Economics at Széchenyi István University successfully hosted the Conference on Business, Economics and Tourism in Győr, Hungary, on October 8–11, 2025, bringing together nearly 300 authors from more than 20 countries.

The conference provided a dynamic international platform for researchers, industry experts, and policy makers to present cutting-edge research and discuss the evolving challenges of the global business environment, with a special focus on tourism, regional development, and economic sustainability.

Selected papers were published in the official conference proceedings as well as in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals. The official language of the conference was English.

Aim and Scope 2025

The Kautz Gyula Faculty of Economics of Széchenyi István University in Győr cordially invited you to the Conference on Business, Economics. The aim of the conference was to serve as a premier academic platform for researchers, industry professionals, policy makers, and tourism stakeholders to present their research and discuss the challenges and possible solutions to the changing global business and economic environment.
