Full paper submission

Deadline Extension

Due to the high number of submissions and the ongoing review process, the full paper submission deadline has been extended:

~~15 June 2026~~ → 15 July 2026

Full paper submission is strictly limited to authors with an accepted abstract.

Only papers based on previously accepted abstracts may be submitted for publication consideration.

Authors who wish to publish their work in:

the Conference Proceedings,
the Kautz Studies in Business and Economics,
or any of the conference’s partner journals

must submit their full paper through the OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform of the designated journal or the official conference proceedings.

Important notes:

Full paper submission without prior abstract acceptance is not permitted.
Each publication outlet operates under its own peer review and editorial standards.
Acceptance of an abstract does not automatically guarantee publication.

The best selected studies are proposed to be published in partner journals. All papers submitted to partner journals including are subject to standard editorial and peer review processes by the partner journal.

Author Guidelines - Full paper submission (OJS System)

Full papers for the conference must be submitted through the online OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform.

1. Registration / Login

New users should click on the “Register” option and complete the required information (name, email address, institution).
If you already have a user account (e.g., from previous conference participation), you can simply log in.

2. New Submission

After logging in: Dashboard → “New Submission”

2.1. Start

Enter the title of the manuscript.
In the “Section” field, select the appropriate track or special track.
(Special tracks are linked to specific journal special issues.)
Accept the author declarations.
Confirm that the manuscript complies with the formatting requirements.

2.2. Submission Details

To ensure proper processing of your submission, please provide the following:
Keywords: minimum 4
Abstract: 1,800–2,000 characters

2.3. Upload Files

Click on the “Add File” button.
Select the appropriate file type (“component”).
Upload the full manuscript.

2.4. Contributors

Add all authors.
Set the order of authors.
Designate the corresponding author (all further communication will be conducted with this author).

For each author, the following information must be provided:

full name
country
complete affiliation (university, faculty, department, postal address)
ORCID in the following format:
https://orcid.org/0000-0001-xxxx-5764

2.5. For the Editors

Share the CMT ID number for the accepted abstract
In this section, you may provide any additional information or specific requests for the editors (optional).
